HashStake offers the staking service at the current rate of 1 HBAR. Users understand that the pricing may be adjusted based on fluctuations in the price of HBAR without prior notice. The pricing is subject to change at the discretion of HashStake, and users agree to pay the specified amount for the staking service based on the prevailing hbar price at the time of purchase. Payments are to be made in crypto, and users are responsible for any associated (low) transaction fees. HashStake reserves the right to modify, add, or remove payment options at any time. Refunds will not be issued for the staking service, and all sales are final. However, signing out of our staking service and adjusting distribution time will always be free of charge. By making a purchase, users acknowledge and accept the current pricing and terms outlined by HashStake.
Staking Triggers Disclaimer
HashStake provides staking triggers as its service, but we do not guarantee the continuous availability or future provision of these staking triggers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue staking triggers at any time and without prior notice. Users acknowledge that HashStake is not obligated to maintain or support staking triggers indefinitely, and we shall not be held liable for any interruption, modification, or termination of these services. While staking triggers may end without warning, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance if such a decision is made.
